Order Cancellation Policy

We work fast to get your order on its way, often starting processing within 1 business day. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before it progresses.

How to request a cancellation

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject line: Cancel Order #12345 (use your actual order number)
  • Include: full name, order number, delivery address, and what you’d like to cancel or change

We’ll confirm by email whether your order can be canceled. Cancellation isn’t guaranteed until we confirm it.

After processing has begun

Once items are allocated, packed, or handed to the carrier, cancellations and edits (including size, color, or quantity changes) are generally not possible. We cannot intercept or reroute a package after it has shipped.

Address changes and order edits

  • Send change requests immediately. We’ll try to assist if the order has not yet been packed.
  • In many cases, edits are handled as a cancellation of the original item(s) and a new order for the corrected item(s).
  • Once shipped, addresses and order contents cannot be changed.

Refunds for canceled orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. We’ll email you a confirmation when processed. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly funds appear.

Orders we may cancel

We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: item out of stock, payment not authorized, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or material address errors. If this happens, we’ll notify you at the email provided at checkout.
