We offer safe, straightforward ways to pay for your order. All payments are processed securely by trusted third‑party providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Accepted payment options

Secure checkout

• Encrypted connection: Our checkout uses HTTPS/TLS so your information is transmitted securely.
• No card storage: Card data is handled by Stripe or Airwallex via their secure, tokenized systems. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Extra verification: Your bank may ask for a one‑time password or 3D Secure verification to complete the payment.
• Fraud screening: Orders may be automatically checked for unusual activity. If needed, we may contact you to verify details before shipping.
• Safety reminder: We will never ask for your full card number or PayPal password by email, chat, or social media.

When a payment fails

If your payment doesn’t go through, review the common reasons and quick fixes below:

Common reason	What to try
Bank decline (insufficient funds or security block)	Contact your bank, ensure sufficient funds, and confirm that e‑commerce or international transactions are enabled.
Billing address or ZIP/postcode mismatch	Enter the exact billing address on file with your bank, including apartment/suite details.
3D Secure/OTP not completed	Retry and complete the verification step. Disable pop‑up blockers and ensure a stable internet connection.
Name mismatch	Use the cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the card or on your bank account.
Temporary network or browser issue	Wait 5–10 minutes and try again, switch to another browser, or clear cache/cookies.
Multiple rapid attempts	Avoid repeated retries. If you see a pending charge, it’s likely an authorization hold that will drop automatically.
PayPal account error	Check your PayPal balance, linked funding source, and verified address. Then try the PayPal payment again.

Authorizations, captures, and pending charges

• Card payments may place a temporary authorization hold. When your order is confirmed, the final amount is captured.
• If an order is canceled or a payment attempt fails, the authorization hold is released by your bank. Most banks release holds within 3–7 business days, but some may take up to 10 business days. We can’t expedite bank release times.
• If you see what looks like a duplicate charge, one is usually a temporary authorization that will drop off automatically.

Changing or canceling a payment

• We can’t switch the payment method after an order is placed. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with a different method.
• For assistance, contact support with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Currencies and conversion

Payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. If your card or PayPal account is in a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a conversion rate and fees.

Receipts and invoices

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email after a successful payment.
• If you need a formal invoice, email [email protected] and include your order number and billing details.
