Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping straightforward and reliable. Orders are prepared quickly, shipped with tracking, and supported by our customer care team.

Shipping option and fee

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 per order to a single address.
  • Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your address is not selectable, we are not currently shipping to that location.

Notes:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Estimates begin after payment is authorized and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, volume surges, carrier delays).

Order tracking

  • We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive the link.
  • If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Split shipments

To deliver items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages based on item availability or warehouse location.

  • If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
  • You will be charged the standard $6.99 shipping fee once per order at checkout—no extra fee for split packages.

Address accuracy and changes

  • Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes only before the order ships.
  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

Delivery issues

  • Delayed in transit: Tracking updates may vary. If your package is significantly past the estimate, contact us and we will assist with a carrier check.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors or building management, and review the delivery address on your confirmation. If still missing, contact the carrier and then email us.
  • Damaged packages: Keep all packaging and items as received and email photos so we can assist with next steps.
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout: We will help where possible, but deliveries to an incorrect address are not always recoverable once shipped.

Preorders and backorders

If a product page indicates a preorder or backorder, your order will ship when the item becomes available. We will email updates and the tracking link once dispatched. The timelines above begin once the item ships.

Multiple shipping addresses

Each order can be shipped to one address. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders (each order will have its own $6.99 shipping fee).

Weekend and holiday dispatch

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
