Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Face coverings and grooming items
- Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable
- Personalized, monogrammed, or altered items
- Gift cards
Items returned with signs of wear, odors, stains, alterations, or missing tags/packaging may be refused or receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping & Costs
- For change-of-mind or size/style returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable method and keep the receipt.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us first. We will provide a prepaid return label after validation.
- The original shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable.
- For exchanges, a new shipment will be sent once the return is approved; our standard shipping fee of $6.99 applies to the outbound exchange shipment.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason. For damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions (typically within 1 business day). Do not send items back without authorization.
- Ship your item using the provided instructions. Return shipments should be sent within 14 days of receiving authorization.
Refunds
- Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- Refunds exclude the original $6.99 shipping charge and any non-returnable items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we process your return.
- To get the right size or color faster, you may place a new order and return the original for a refund.
- If an exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Report any issues within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
- After validation, we will arrange a replacement or a refund and provide a prepaid return label if a return is needed.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we can issue a refund to the original purchaser or, upon request, provide a store credit to the recipient once the return is approved.
Additional Notes
- Keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
- For orders with bundled discounts, returning part of a bundle may adjust the final refund to reflect the kept items at their non-bundled price.
