Orders

How do I know my order went through?

After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk and verify the email you used at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing quickly. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel/Change Order #XXXX” as soon as possible. Once an order ships, changes and cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. After shipment, carrier reroutes aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll advise on next steps.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?

  • Allow 24–48 hours for the first scan after you receive your tracking number.
  • Occasional gaps in updates can occur during carrier handoffs.
  • If there’s no movement for 3 business days, contact us and we’ll take a look.

Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, and around entrances.
  • Look for a delivery notice from the carrier.
  • Wait one full business day in case of a premature scan.
